In order to provide you with access to the Hennecke GROUP 360°SERVICE PORTAL, we require the following information from you: Company name Company address Contact person (last name, first name) Department & position Machine-ID or order no.? Email address Phone number Mobile phone The user named above will be created by us as a customer administrator. This person has the rights to create new users for his company in the 360°SERVICE PORTAL, to manage their rights for the 360°SERVICE PORTAL and to block them for the 360°SERVICE PORTAL. The user warrants that the details furnished by it to Hennecke, in particular in connection with its application for admission, are true and complete. The user undertakes that it shall notify Hennecke promptly of all future changes to the details given. The same shall apply with respect to all details the user furnishes when setting up employee logins for his company. Hennecke is authorized to cancel any user’s admission or to block any access to the portal where there are grounds to suspect that the user has breached these terms and conditions. The user may avert such measures if the user submits appropriate proof at its own expense. All logins are individualized and may only be used by the authorized user in question. The user must keep its login and password (login data) secret and protect them against unauthorized access by third parties. The user is also responsible for keeping staff logins confidential and shall instruct its staff accordingly. In the event of any suspicion of misuse by a third party, the user shall promptly block the respective access to the portal and notify Hennecke thereof. Hennecke reserves the right to change the login and password of any user; in such case, Hennecke shall promptly inform the user thereof.
